We are looking for a


who is responsible for supporting the sales team and a smooth order and delivery process of all sales orders.

In the role of Sales Support Specialist your key duties are:
  • handle, register and follow up of incoming calls and emails (over 80% international), understanding prospects’ needs and qualifying them
  • register, distribute and monitor all leads and contacts in our CRM system
  • provide support to Sales Managers with any needs that may arise
  • flawless order entry and smooth processing of sales orders
  • providing excellent after sales service for end-users, resellers and partners
  • accurate handling and communication of RMA orders, together with Technical Support Team
  • inform the sales team and our US office on relevant topics varying from customer relations to sales support
The sales cycle often starts with you. By mail or phone a lead comes in and you make sure that it is handled as efficient and fast as possible. You support the sales managers by making arrangements during customer visits, with lead generation tasks and daily management of sales processes. You plan the domestic and international installations of our automatic systems, ensuring that all details are taken care of. The sales and installation teams rely heavily on your administrative, planning and overview skills. You are driven by customer satisfaction. You work in close cooperation with one other Sales Support Specialist.

  • excellent planning, administrative and communication skills
  • a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar job
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • professional command of the Dutch and English language, preferably knowledge of French, German and/or Spanish
You have an energetic and proactive personality and you are showing ownership. You are strong at communicating with prospects, customers, logistics suppliers and colleagues. You know how to prioritize your work and to multi-task. Technical affinity is considered a plus. This is a job for 30-40 hours per week.
